Gentle Panda was founded on a very simple belief: we want beauty products to be helpful not only to us, but to the planet and animals also. The flora and fauna of our beauty earth don't deserve to suffer for beauty products, and so everything we stock is 100% plant-based as well as cruelty-free. By putting the best of these beauty brands in one place, we hope to make it easier for consumers who are looking to make more guilt-free swaps into their everyday routines.
We also work to donate a percentage of all our profits to animal and planet conservation efforts, so you know that your money is going towards good causes.
Is everything Gentle Panda stocks cruelty-free?
Yes! Gentle Panda was created in order to give cruelty-free brands the spotlight, and so we only stock/partner with brands that are cruelty-free. We do research on each brand, and reach out to them directly to confirm their status (as in certain countries certifications might not exist/are difficult to get, and this doesn't necessarily mean that a brand isn't cruelty free.) For any concerns about a product or a brand, please don't hesitate to reach out to customersevice@gentlepanda.co.uk as we know brands are always updating and changing.
Is everything Gentle Panda stocks vegan?
All of the products we stock are 100% vegan. We believe in the power of plants, and see no need for animal ingredients within beauty products. If a brand is not 100% vegan, we do due diligence and make sure to only stock their fully vegan products. For any concerns about a brand or product don't hesitate to reach out to customerservice@gentlepanda.co.uk as we know formulations and products can change.
It's been a long time and I still haven't received my order, what should I do?

Do you ship internationally?
As we are still a small business, we currently only ship within the UK and Europe.
What is your return policy?
As we are still a small business, we are unable to accept returns. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please e-mail us at customerservice@gentlepanda.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order so that we can make your desired changes before shipping.
